Subscription Information

Economagic offers two types of subscriptions:

Access to Excel files, and to Copy and Paste formatted data (more)
Access to forecasts (more)

Payments are processed by Paypal.

Payments are handled on Paypal's secure site.
You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover,
or your Paypal account, if you have one.

Level 2: Forecast Subscription Information

The price of an Economagic Forecast subscription is US$200 for one year, US$120 for six months, or US$40 for one week.

A subscription to this service allows a single user to use the on-site programs that provide mechanical forecasts for any time series. These time series can be those freely available on this site, or any online transformation of these series.

Forecast subscribers have access to large maintained excel files, or they can routinely create their own with Pre-Made and personally create Series Sets. Click here for details.

Level I: Excel, and Copy and Paste Subscription Information

A subscription to this service allows a single user to download series in Excel, Copy and Paste, and CSV formats. This service allows for one or more series to be downloaded to one excel file or to a Copy and Paste formatted webpage.

For a subscriber, the Personal Workspace is tagged by the username, so that a subscriber's workspace can be accessed by the subscriber from any computer on the internet. Nonsubscribers' Personal Workspace is tagged by IP# (internet protocol number). Dial-in nonsubscribers may lose access to their workspace.

Furthermore Level I subscribers will obtain access to source information, and not be bothered with banner advertisements.

For single users, the price of an Economagic Level I subscription is:

US$1 per week plus a US$2 service charge (minimum $10 for 8 weeks); or
US$50 per year; or
free for teachers who plan to use these services for class. (more)

For site licenses for educational institutions, the price of an Economagic Level I subscription is US$500 per year. A site license will restrict users to a particular set of recognizable IP numbers. Hence a site license to XYZ.edu will only allow users to access from computers at XYZ.edu. It will not allow blanket access from home via individually contracted online services, though a site license subscriber is also eligible for free instructors' subscriptions. (more)

For commercial enterprises we offer Group Licenses. These groups need not be in the same location or share a block of IP numbers. Thus a group license would work also for trade associations wanting to provide economic data access to their members. The price is quarterly, US$300 for up to 40 users, and $3.75 for each additional user. The holder of the group license would need to be able to provide a passworded gateway to limit access to particular users. Please contact us for more information.
